Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing RS Performancewear. Because all our sports apparel is custom-made and personalized to your specifications, each order goes through a production phase before being shipped.

Please find our shipping details, processing times, and delivery estimates below.

1. PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME

  • Individual Orders: It takes 1 to 3 business days to design, print, and manufacture your order. Once production is complete, your package is immediately handed over to our courier partners for sorting and shipping.

  • Team & Club Orders: The 1-3 days processing time does not apply to bulk or team orders. Team kits require extensive design approval, roster confirmation, and larger production volumes. The exact timeline for team orders will be discussed and agreed upon individually during the consultation and design phase.

2. SHIPPING TIMES & ESTIMATES

To ensure we manage expectations against any potential customs or courier delays, we use the following realistic delivery windows:

  • Europe: 10 to 30 business days (though packages generally arrive within 10 business days under normal conditions).

  • United States (USA): 10 to 40 business days.

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the journey of your package in real-time.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

  • Within the EU: No customs duties apply for deliveries within the European Union.

  • Outside the EU (including the USA): RS Performancewear is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order upon arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe (30 business days for Europe / 40 business days for the USA), please contact us at realsporteood@gmail.com. We will open an inquiry with the courier service to locate your package or arrange a solution.
