Return and refund Policy

At RS Performancewear, we specialize in custom-made sports apparel featuring full personalization (including custom names, initials, team logos, and specific designs). Because of the custom nature of our products, our return policy differs from standard retail stores.

1. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS (MADE-TO-ORDER)

In accordance with consumer protection laws regarding custom-made goods, the right of withdrawal and 14-day return does NOT apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

·        Products with your logos, names, or initials: Once manufactured, these products cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size.

·        Recommendation: Please carefully check our size chart and the spelling of names/initials before completing your order.

2. DEFECTS OR MANUFACTURING ERRORS

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If we made a mistake, we will fix it immediately. You can request a replacement or a full refund if:

·        The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., torn stitching, fabric defect).

·        There is a printing or sublimation error that deviates from your approved design (wrong name, wrong logo, or incorrect color due to our mistake).

·        We shipped a different size from the one you ordered.

What to do in this case:

1.     Contact us via email at: realsporteood@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your package.

2.     Attach clear photos showing the manufacturing defect or the error in design/size.

3.     We will review your claim within 48 hours. If the mistake is ours, we will produce and ship a new product entirely at our expense or issue a full refund.

3. STANDARD (NON-PERSONALIZED) PRODUCTS

If you purchased a blank or standard product from our website that features no personal customization (no added names, logos, or specific design modifications), you have the right to return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt.

·        The product must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

·        Return shipping costs for non-personalized items are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. REFUNDS

Once your refund is approved, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal) within 14 business days.
